CBSE workshop on Learning outcomes & Pedagogy. The workshop was conducted on 23rd March at Ira International School, Butibori. 

Ira international School, Butibori recently hosted a highly anticipated workshop on Pedagogy and Learning Outcomes, featuring esteemed educators Dr. Rakesh Ranjan, Principal, Podar International School, Ballarpur and Ms. Sapna Katiyar, Director of The Achievers School, Nagpur as Resource Persons. The workshop, held on 23rd March 2024 attracted educators passionate about enhancing teaching practices and maximizing student learning outcomes. Dr. Rakesh Ranjan and Ms. Sapna Katiyar, renowned experts in the field of education, led the workshop, offering their invaluable insights and expertise to the participants. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive sessions, collaborative activities, and thought-provoking discussions centred around innovative pedagogical approaches and their impact on student achievement. Key topics addressed during the workshop included:

- Exploring contemporary pedagogical theories and methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Strategies for designing learner-centred curricula and instructional materials tailored to diverse student needs.
- Leveraging technology and multimedia resources to facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Assessing learning outcomes effectively through formative and summative evaluation methods.

Dr. Rakesh Ranjan and Ms. Sapna Katiyar shared their wealth of knowledge and practical strategies, inspiring participants to rethink traditional teaching practices and embrace innovative approaches to pedagogy. Their dynamic presentations and real-world examples resonated with attendees, sparking meaningful conversations and insights. The workshop concluded with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and commitment among participants to apply the principles and strategies discussed to improve teaching effectiveness and enhance student learning outcomes.

CBSE workshop on Happy Class Room. The workshop was conducted on 20th March at Ira International School, Butibori. 

Workshop on “The Happy Classroom” was conducted at Ira International School, Butibori on 20th March 2024 with the aim of fostering a positive and conducive learning environment for students. The workshop was facilitated by the esteemed resource persons Mrs. Bharati Bijwe, Principal, Sandipani School, Nagpur and Dr. Vandana Paul, Principal, Mount Litera Zee School, Besa Nagpur .

The workshop commenced with the introduction by Mrs. Bharati Bijwe, emphasizing the importance of creating a joyful and supportive classroom atmosphere for students' holistic development. She emphasized the role of teachers in not only imparting knowledge but also in nurturing students' emotional well-being. Mrs. Vandana Paul then delved into various strategies and techniques for promoting happiness and engagement within the classroom. She highlighted the significance of incorporating interactive and experiential learning activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for students. Additionally, she shared practical tips for managing classroom dynamics and fostering positive teacher-student relationships.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in lively discussions and interactive sessions, sharing their experiences and insights into creating a happy classroom environment. Theyexplored innovative teaching methodologies and discussed ways to address challenges effectively. The workshop concluded with a reflection session, where participants shared their key takeaways and action plans for implementing the strategies discussed. Mrs. Bharati Bijwe and Mrs. Vandana Paul reiterated the importance of sustained effort and collaboration in maintaining a happy and vibrant classroom atmosphere. 

The Happy Classroom Workshop proved to be a valuable platform for educators to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives, and enhance their teaching practices. It is hoped that the insights gained from the workshop will empower teachers to create nurturing and enriching learning environments for their students at Ira International School. The session was arranged successfully by STNC, Mrs. Tasneem Banu, and Vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Manisha Sathe, Principal , Ira International School.

" Ira International school, Nagpur had a session for awareness of the POCSO Act with the students from Pre-primary to grade Twelve. The sessions were conducted by NGO named Shy Foundations. All sessions were explained in a simple language also real life examples are shared to protect children better. The session is conducted by a Ms. Reshamm Bamb representative of *Shy Foundations*."
